Open Positions
Sr. Mission Engagement Coordinator (Development)
Full Time, Exempt - Addison, TX
As a part of Traffick911’s Development and Communications team, the Sr. Mission Engagement Coordinator will act as a leader and fundraiser and work directly with Traffick911’s donors and volunteers. This position will be responsible for planning and executing development initiatives that support the mission of Traffick911. The Sr. Mission Engagement Coordinator will also serve as a speaker/trainer for the community. This position will report to the Vice President, Advancement. You will be a good fit for this job if you can manage a portfolio of donors through regular personalized communication and build authentic relationships, manage complex projects from conceptualization to execution and evaluation, copyedit, proofread, and revise communications, and feel comfortable speaking, presenting, and representing the organization.
Requirements & Experience:
Minimum of seven years of professional experience
At least five years of fundraising and donor relations experience is preferred
Innate strength in public speaking and training groups
Strong project management skills and ability to execute a strategic fundraising plan, organize details, set priorities, and meet deadlines
Demonstrated ability to anticipate problems, assess situations quickly, and implement appropriate solutions
Passion for justice for survivors of sex trafficking; General knowledge -- and observable desire to grow deeper knowledge -- of sex trafficking issue and the trauma endured by survivors
Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, valid car insurance, willing to utilize personal vehicle (mileage reimbursement for job-related duties)
Ability to have a flexible schedule; often working nights and weekends

Voice & Choice Advocate
Full Time, Exempt - Addison, TX
As a part of Traffick911’s Voice & Choice Survivor Empowerment Program, the Voice & Choice Advocate (VCA) is a field-based victim service provider. The VCA is responsible for engaging child sex trafficking survivors (and non-offending legal guardians) through trust-based relationships in the individualized, collaborative process of identifying, planning, accessing, and coordinating resources, support, and services for their emotional and social recovery. The VCA serves in rotation on a 24-hour Crisis Response Team. The VCA serves clients all across North Texas and youth of any gender identification who have been trafficked. This position is primarily funded through a two-year grant with organizational plans to develop long-term sustainability.
Requirements & Experience:
Spanish speaking preferred but not required
Must live within 40 miles of Downtown Dallas
Survivors of trafficking/sexual exploitation strongly preferred
Ability to have a flexible schedule; often working nights and weekends
Bachelor’s degree required (Masters preferred) with at least two years of relevant professional job experience
Professional experience working with vulnerable/high-risk youth populations with complex trauma preferred
Experience working with child sex trafficking survivors, adult sex trafficking survivors, victim services, juvenile services, CPS, and/or domestic violence preferred
Unrelenting commitment to self-care and personal respite
Broad knowledge and experience in working with traumatized populations
Demonstrated ability to calmly and effectively handle multiple crises
